Do credits or funds expire?

Your purchased credits do not expire and remain available in your account until used. We use the term "credits" to reflect balance-based usage, but these are effectively equivalent to prepaid funds tied to your account.

If we ever introduce time-based promotional credits or offers, any expiration terms will be clearly communicated.
