Why am I not seeing free credits on my account?
There are a few reasons this might happen:

- Using a general email provider: Our free credit offers are designed for users who register with a valid business email. Please review the latest offer for new users to ensure eligibility.
- Registered with a business email but no free credits: Free credits typically apply once per unique business email address, so other members from your organisation may have already redeemed them. You can request to join their organisation to share these credits.
- Joined an organisation but no free credits visible: To access shared credits, ensure you're active within that specific organisation in your account. Check your “Organisations” tab in the upper right corner of your account for confirmation.
